Hello, my name is Ray Salinas. I have two sons, one in high school and one in college. This is my 4th year at Ingram Elementary and am a native of Kerrville. I have been an educator and music director since 1995. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Texas Lutheran University and Master's in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University at San Antonio. I am passionate about what I do and am excited to be be here with the students, faculty & staff of Ingram ISD.
