Hello! This is my 24th year of teaching; 14 in Boerne ISD and 10 in Ingram ISD. I taught second grade for five years and first grade for 19 years. My husband (the VP at ITM) and I have been married for 26 years and have two children, Cooper (21) and Sadie (17). We live in Boerne, on the same property where I was born and raised. I am passionate about reading and literacy, and my favorite thing is to see the INCREDIBLE growth that comes in first grade. This year has already brought huge changes and gains to each of my students, and I can’t wait to have a front row seat for the remainder of their first grade year!
